Each year in October, member studying their second or third year at KTH can apply, either as a team or by themselves for a spot in the national case competition. Thereafter a few students will be selected based on their drive, experience and ambitions to participate in the competition. The delegates are challenged through many stages in the hope of presenting the winning business proposal in front of leading industry professionals. For many students this will be a challenging encounter to both kick start your interest and knowledge in different fields of the Real estate industry werther it is general market understanding, investment management, strategic planning, presentation skills or financial modelling. 

The national Case competition is prepared and designed by Head of Case competition with regards to real life scenarios in the real estate industry but also in regards to the international case format. As such, the case will have students just under a week to complete their financial modelling, pitch deck as well as their oral presentation. More information about specific deadlines will be presented during the kickoff venue. 

The fundamental aspects that will be tested during this compact case is financial modelling, general market understanding, sustainability, risk evaluation, zoning considerations, presentation skills, and overall feasibility.
