In the case competitions our members strive to develop the best solution for a real estate-related business plan or proposal. Within an allocated time frame, teams compete against each other for prestigious prizes. 

In the brief timeframe the participants have to aggregate their research and solutions into a pitch deck which then will be presented in front of judges composed of industry professionals. 

Dating back to 2017, KTH Royal Institute of Technology has competed in several editions of the biggest Real Estate Case Competitions around the world. Today KTH is a recognised competitor with the goal of attaining the top prizes. In order for us to send the school's best representatives, KTH REC hosts its own competition each year where selected student teams model an investment recommendation in front of six CEOs of leading companies in Sweden’s real estate landscape.
